I’ve shared before that I live with two autoimmune diseases, alopecia and Sjögren’s syndrome
When I was younger, I didn’t have a community like this and I didn’t see people who looked like me. I also didn’t have a space that celebrated difference instead of questioning it
And that’s exactly why I created Beauty Beyond Barriers with Alex and Christie🤍
Beauty Beyond Barriers was built for the people who grew up feeling different.
For the ones navigating autoimmune disease.
For the ones who were told to “just deal with it.”
For anyone who has ever felt unseen because of a physical difference.
We are officially launching our startup fundraiser to help us build this foundation from the ground up with events, resources, and real community
