It’s usually a data validation process.
Here’s what actually matters 👇
1️⃣ Know what companies typically verify
Most BGV checks confirm: • employment dates
• designation
• last drawn salary
• reason for exit (sometimes limited to “voluntary” or “involuntary”)
They rarely share internal performance details.
2️⃣ Be consistent in your narrative
If asked about your exit: Keep it factual. Keep it short.
Example:
