please free me from 2026 bridetok i no longer wish to be there 😩 i will not be shredding for the wedding! my weekly batch of muffins keeps me sane!!! personally i love weddings but i’m getting married to get married and have fun with my friends and family, not to get compliments about my wedding or to post about it online ✋🏻 i could talk about this alllllll day but modern wedding culture is truly so bonkers it makes my head spin. if you too are on this side of the internet, please know your wedding will be beautiful because of the love you bring to it, and your life is a vast and wild thing that just happens to include this one lovely day. remember to enjoy it all!! anyway if you made it this far here’s the muffin recipe LOL thanks 4 listening 👇🏻 BANANA NUT MUFFINS Makes 10-12 INGREDIENTS 3 large very ripe bananas, mashed 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar 1/2 cup (100g) packed brown sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick/113g) butter, melted 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with nonstick spray. Set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, both sugars, and melted butter until combined. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Fold together with a rubber spatula until no dry patches remain, then fold in chopped walnuts until just combined. Pour batter into muffin tin, filling wells about 3/4 full. Bake in preheated oven for 22-24 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. #easyrecipes #bakefromscratch #muffinrecipe

on the microphone this evening… our very own Ms. Mochi Louann 🎤 our spiciest girl. our sour patch kid. first she’s sour but when she’s sweet she’s very sweet 🙂‍↕️ this cake, however, is the perfect level of Not Too Sweet ☝🏻 and yes it really does work to blend the whole ass clementines with their skin on! recipe below 👇🏻 CLEMENTINE CARDAMOM OLIVE OIL CAKE INGREDIENTS: 3/4 cup (177ml) extra-virgin olive oil 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar 4 thin-skinned clementines, quartered and stems removed 1 tsp (6g) vanilla bean paste 3 large eggs 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour 2 tsp (8g) baking powder 1 tsp (5g) baking soda 1/2 tsp (3g) fine sea salt 1/2 tsp (1g) ground cardamom For the whipped cream: 1 cup (236ml) heavy cream Zest of 2 clementines 2-3 Tbsp (~20g) powdered sugar, plus more for serving INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a greased 9-inch round baking pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a blender, combine the olive oil, sugar, quartered clementines, and vanilla, and blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl and whisk in eggs until just combined. Add dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cardamom. Fold together with a rubber spatula until no dry patches of flour remain. Pour batter into baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Combine the heavy cream, clementine zest and powdered sugar in a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whisk for 4-5 minutes on high speed, or until soft peaks form. Dust cake with powdered sugar just before serving topped with whipped cream. #easyrecipes #bakefromscratch #oliveoilcake

It features my homemade puff pastry wrapped around rich almond cream, with tender pears infused with cinnamon and vanilla. I got pulled away to tend to my little one, and when I returned, the cooked pastry had settled... while it may not have the perfect puffed dome for the camera, the flavour was incredible. Did you know? 🇫🇷✨ The original recipe for the classic French Financier didn’t require beating the egg whites! This gives the little almond treat a denser, chewier texture—yet it’s still fabulously delicious and oh-so-moorish. 🤤🍯☕ Enjoy the recipe below and happy baking! 🥄💛 Recipe : Ingredients: 70g fine ground almond 110g icing sugar 40g plain flour 5 egg whites 130g unsalted butter 250g raspberries Method: Preheat your oven to 180c (fan 160c).melt and bring to the boil the butter in a saucepan for 5 minutes until golden with a sweet smell of hazelnut, set aside to cool. Mix together the ground almonds, icing sugar and flour with a whisk, add the egg whites and continue to mix, pour the cooled butter over the mix and whisk again. Fill your financier mould half full and push 3 raspberries in each and Bake for 15 minutes till well risen and golden . leave to cool completly before removing gently from the silicone mould Theses little treats are best kept in a air tight container ....
