Recently went to 📍 Bar Helios for Valentine’s Day at Universal Helios Grand Hotel and what a vibe! Beautiful rooftop views of Epic Universe definitely go at sunset or night time
We loved the food!
What we ordered
• Crunchy crab cake
• Hot butter crispy calamari
• Patatas bravas
• The Shattered Rose 🌹
As an astrology girly I loved that the drink menu was organized by “fire, earth, water, air.”
Jake got an earth drink “Atlas”
I got a fire drink “This Is Sparta”
Parking here is $125 💀 buuuut if you spend $75 at dinner they will validate your parking! Must be self parking if you do valet they charge
A must visit!

MIDate night Babe Night at Universal’s Epic Universe!
We grabbed drinks and tapas at Bar Helios just in time for sunset and the nighttime showing of The Cosmos Fountain Show at Celestial Park.
It kicks off every hour starting at 5PM, with a full nighttime spectacular before the park closes — and Bar Helios is one of the best spots to catch those aerial views while you sip and snack.
We devoured Bluefin Tuna, Heritage Crispy Chicken Wings, Croquettes, Beef Tenderloin Skew, Farmer’s Cheese with whipped cheese, honeycomb, fruit & pistachio… 10/10 recommend for your next visit!
Pro tip: park in the Helios Grand Hotel garage, keep your ticket and restaurant receipt, and have it validated inside at Bar Helios or at Valet to save on parking.

MA🌌✨ Cosmos Fountain Show from Bar Helios!
So we stayed up at Bar Helios with a few beers and waited for the Cosmos Fountain show.
Bar Helios has panoramic views over the whole park, and when the show starts they dim the lights and play the full soundtrack, which makes it feel so immersive before you’ve even looked outside. 🍻🎶
I genuinely wasn’t prepared for how beautiful it would be. The entire park becomes part of the show — the colours, the lighting, everything synchronised perfectly. It’s magical seeing Epic Universe come alive like that. ✨
When I came for my preview trip back in April (before the park opened), we had to leave before it got dark — and we weren’t allowed to take photos — so seeing it properly for the first time tonight just blew me away.
What a moment. 💙
