Because form dictates which muscles do the work — not the name of the lift ✅ ☝🏻Poor Form BTN Press: •Bar drifts in front of your head •Elbows flare or push behind the torso •Chin juts forward to “clear the bar” •Shoulders shrug up mid-rep = Traps and anterior delts dominate 📝 Proper Form BTN Press: •Scapula retracted and locked down •Bar path is vertical or slightly back •Elbows stacked directly under wrists •Head stays neutral + no forward reach = Medial delts take over 📊 EMG data doesn’t lie: 🤌🏻 Perfect form = maximal medial delt output 💩 Sloppy reps = wasted sets and front delt takeover If you’re pressing and not growing capped delts, this is why 💯 💾 Save this.
