This is the complete OTC supplement list of things that I take to be able to still be performing at a very high level AND be healthy at 46 years old. I am adding in the K2, Taurine, and Creatine as soon as it arrives this week. They are on the list but i’m not taking them yet. The 7am supps are to be taken on an empty stomach. The bedtime supps are designed to help calm, and assist with better sleep. The Carditone is the only outlier, it’s for blood pressure support. I ran my complete list with dosages against AI and asked for a rating and efficacy of the stack and it said 9.5/10. Some might think it’s overkill, but health is wealth and good bloodwork numbers are the most important numbers you’ll ever hit. #Trust 👑
