For over 60 years, Bluefin Tuna have not been spotted anywhere around the UK, but in recent years, due to stricter fishing regulations, they have made an astonishing comeback!
I filmed these enormous fish (some 400kg) hunting garfish and Atlantic saury. It was difficult to predict where the tuna would erupt from below, but every now and then a panicked baitfish would leap out of the water in an attempt to escape, often followed by the tuna.
