Yo, underrated life hack: just lie on the floor and slowly roll back and forth like a log (or a very chill toddler rediscovering gravity). Seriously, this simple move keeps your spine loose and happy. Here’s why it’s worth the 2-5 minutes: - Gently mobilizes every segment of your spine (especially thoracic) → counters the hunch from endless scrolling/sitting - Lubricates spinal joints & increases fluid flow → feels like oiling a creaky door, but for your vertebrae - Releases tight fascia & muscles around the back without forcing anything → hello, less stiffness & better posture over time - Wakes up core coordination & segmental control → your body remembers how to move smoothly instead of compensating - Feels weirdly relaxing & resets your nervous system → bonus decompression for the lower back No equipment, no gym, no excuses. Just carpet/floor + intention to move slow & breathe. Try it first thing in the morning or when your back starts complaining. Who else rolls around on the floor like this? Feels dumb until it feels amazing 🔥 #SpineHealth #MobilityHack #MoveYourBody #health

How to Choose the Right Foam Roller (So It Actually Works) If you have a foam roller, you probably chose it like this: “The harder it is, the better.” But here’s the truth: Harder ≠ more effective. ⸻ Diameter Matters A standard roller (about 6 inches / 15 cm in diameter) is the most universal option. It: ✔ distributes pressure more evenly ✔ is safer for the spine ✔ is easier to relax on ✔ works well for beginners If you’re just starting — this is your best choice. ⸻ A smaller diameter roller means more pressure. It may feel “deeper,” but it can also trigger more protective tension. If you hold your breath or tighten up while rolling — it’s too aggressive. Foam rolling should help your nervous system relax, not fight against it. ⸻ Textured or Smooth? A smooth roller: ✔ is more balanced ✔ works well for most people ✔ allows better nervous system regulation A textured (grid or spiked) roller: – creates more point pressure – feels more intense – increases sensory stimulation But more intense doesn’t mean better results. Sometimes it simply irritates receptors more. ⸻ The Most Important Thing Foam rolling doesn’t “break up knots.” It works through the nervous system. When the pressure is appropriate, your nervous system reduces protective tone and allows more mobility. When the pressure is too much, your body increases tension instead. ⸻ Quick Guide New to foam rolling? 👉 Standard diameter, smooth surface, medium density. Experienced and comfortable? 👉 You can experiment with firmer or textured rollers. The key sign you chose correctly: You can breathe calmly while rolling. ⸻ If you want to learn how to use the foam roller properly — before training, after training, and for recovery — Join my session and learn the full system. Don’t just roll. Roll with purpose. DM me “ROLL” to get started 💛 #howtoroll #roll

Foam Rolling - Is it good or bad? It depends. I think it can be useful for pain modulation and temporary relief. The mechanisms behind foam rolling are still unclear but many believe it is the increase in blood flow, gate theory for pain modulation, and deep pressure that can give the benefits. Let’s be clear. Foam rolling does not offer permanent change. It does not break up adhesions or create any meaningful change in the tissue. Let’s start being honest with our language. 💆‍♀️ Upper Back Tension? Let’s Melt It. If you’re feeling that tight, stiff, or crunchy sensation between your shoulder blades, you’re not alone. Most of us sit, hunch, and barely move our upper backs throughout the day — and it shows. Today is all about finding some free movement and letting your breath guide the process: • Foam roll your upper back — slow, mindful, pause where it feels tight • Seated Cat–Cows — inhale to open, exhale to round, move with your breath • Wall Angels — relax your ribs and neck, create space between your shoulder blades, lower back pressing into the wall Even 2–5 minutes can make a difference in how your body feels. 🌿 ✨ Quick Question: Which of these moves do you already do, and which one are you going to try today? Drop a comment — I’d love to hear! #UpperBackRelief #functionalmovement #mobilitymatters #selfcareroutine #foamroller

Slow, steady, and satisfying. As the Alpha Twins travel along your spine, the erector spinae are encouraged to unwind layer by layer. At the same time, you are refining the quiet control that lets your spine curve and recoil with confidence, like a well guided serpent instead of a rigid rod. Add easy breathing and you have a powerful combo for restoring those snake like spinal curves. Feel the difference • Releases tight back muscles without forcing a stretch • Rehydrates spinal movement where it feels stuck • Leaves you feeling lighter, taller, and more at ease Watch the full Rollout of the Week via the link in bio. #MoveBreatheRoll #TuneUpFitness #AlphaTwins #TherapyBallPlus #MobilityTraining

Most people think tight muscles need to be released... But your body doesn’t create tension randomly sorrrrryyyyy, not sorry if you've been told otherwise hehe but hey that's good news right 😃 It creates it when it doesn’t feel stable 😱 Your diaphragm, core and pelvis are designed to work together to create pressure, support and movement... It's a fantastic system truly, when it's working harmony of course! That’s what gives your body that natural “spring” woooo!!! When that system isn’t working properly... your body replaces it with tension 😢 That’s why you feel stiff why things keep “tightening back up” and why release never lasts. And yea I know they can be nice don't get me wrong... But sometimes we need to get to the root cause when it's a chronic issue that's impacting our quality of life and potential 💪 Concentrate on these elements And you will be able to get your body to trust the system again. It's magic 🪄 And if any of this goes over your head, you don't know where to start, this is exactly what I help my clients with. DM me "magic" to find out how my method can help you transform 💥

Most people stretch more when they feel tight. But tight muscles aren’t usually the real problem. A lot of flexibility and mobility actually comes from fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds and links muscles throughout your body. If fascia becomes stiff or dehydrated, stretching the muscle alone often doesn’t change much. That’s why many people stretch every day and still feel tight. Inside the iCORE Method we train fascia through movement, elasticity, and coordination so the body can actually adapt and move better. That’s the difference between temporarily feeling looser and actually improving mobility. Comment FASCIA and I’ll send you the Fascia Guide. Or tap the link in bio to start training inside the iCORE Method app. Follow for more pelvic floor, fascia, and movement education most workouts miss.
