私はこっちのけんとさんと同じ病気です。

想像力が冴え渡り、なんでも成し遂げられる、無敵と思える自信、そして何日も寝なくても元気で過ごせる病的に活力がある日々。そうかと思えば全く真逆で何もできなくなり無気力で罪悪感と希死念慮に襲われ先の見えないどん底な日々。この世から消えてしまいたいと思い泣きまくった日々。
心のコントロールができずまたすぐ繰り返してしまう。元気になってもまたいつうつ状態がくるのかと不安な毎日。
毎日仕事したり、キックボクシングできる日々は決して当たり前ではないということを痛感しました。
だからこそ今は仕事に行ける喜び、練習に行ける喜びというのが身に染みて感じることができる。
だから幸せを感じられるハードルがとっても低いというメリットもあります。
『この病は一生治らない。』と先生から告げられ
それを受け入れられず苦しんだ。
隔離病棟に入院し自分と向き合う日々。
治らないと嘆くのはもうやめて病気と共に生きていく覚悟をきてました。
良い意味で考えるとこの究極に偏った二つの精神状態になることは普通の人ではなれない特殊能力だと思うことにしました。
躁状態・・・
常人じゃ無いほどの体力、スタミナの他、想像力やエネルギーが湧き出てくるスーパーサイヤ人状態。
うつ状態・・・自責の念に襲われる＝全て自分の責任と考えることができるので自分のアップデートのための自分との向き合いができる貴重な時間。
コントロールする為に今もまだ試行錯誤の日々ですが
自分の意思で時と場合によりこの二つの状態をうまく使い分けることができるようになると決めました。
精神疾患を持ってる方々で今辛い思いをしている方もたくさんいると思います。
私も同じ精神疾患だからことどん底の状態から這い上がり幸せに生きる姿をその方々に見てもらい希望となりたい。
双極性障害でうつ状態になっても家族の他、たくさんの方が支えてくれました。
そのご恩を一生胸に刻んでいきていきます。
その感謝の気持ちの恩返しの気持ちと
精神疾患の方々に勇気と希望を与えることができるよう
人生賭けてリングに上がります。
