🎵 Wheezing you can hear yourself
A high-pitched, musical sound signals narrowed airways. Often linked with asthma and allergies, it reflects bronchoconstriction. Allergic rhinitis nearly quadruples asthma risk, and treating nasal inflammation can improve lower-airway control. (PMID: 6679232, 31660100, 23590215)
🚶 Shortness of breath with daily activities
Frequently tied to heart or lung disease. In heart failure, stiff or weak ventricles raise filling pressures, causing congestion. 🛏 Trouble breathing when lying flat
