I’ve seen it just enough times to rush to the kitchen to bake one for myself 🥰 Ingredients- 330g cream cheese 100g caster sugar 150g heavy cream 10g flour 1/2 a vanilla bean 2 eggs Procedure- 1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, until everything is smooth and well combined. 2. Pour the batter into an 8X4 inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper. 3. The Best Vanilla Burnt Basque Cheesecake Recipe 😍 Ingredients • Cream cheese: 450 g (softened) • Caster sugar: 100 g • Condensed milk: 120 g • Cornstarch: 15 g • Double cream: 200 g • Yogurt (dahi): 100 g • Vanilla extract: 1–2 tsp • Lime juice: 1 tsp • Salt: a pinch Method 1. Preheat oven to 215°C (top and bottom heat). Line an 8-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang. 2. Blend all ingredients until smooth. 3. Pour into the pan and tap to release air bubbles. 4. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly. 5. RECIPE BELOW Basque Cheesecake Ingredients 2 cups heavy cream 7 eggs 1 ⅔ cup of sugar ½ tsp salt ⅓ cup all purpose flour 1 tsp vanilla 32 ounces full-fat cream cheese zest from 2 orange butter for greasing Preheat oven to 425F To a large blender add heavy cream, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and cream cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy. Mix in orange zest and set aside. Grease a 10 inch springform pan with butter. Press an 18 inch piece of parchment paper into the springform then grease again as shown. In the opposite direction, layer another 18 inch piece of parchment paper over the last. Press down and grease once more. If you have wrinkles, you are doing it right. Bake for 55 minutes on the middle rack. The cake will be very jiggly when you remove it from the oven. ALLOW IT TO COME TO ROOM TEMP, THEN REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT BEFORE SERVING. Chocolate Chip Cookie Burnt Basque Cheesecake 🍪 RECIPE: CHEESECAKE: 1.5 cups heavy cream 10 chocolate chip cookies 3 blocks (24 oz) softened cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1.5 tbsp flour 1 tsp cornstarch WHIPPD CREAM: 4 oz mascarpone cheese 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar GANACHE: 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 cup milk chocolate chips process: 1. Preheat the oven to 450F. 2. Soak the cookies inside the heavy cream 3. Combine the soft cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs and mix until completely combined. 4. Add the cornstarch and flour. 5. Add in the heavy cream until fully combined and smooth. 6. Pour the batter into a loaf pan OR an 8 inch round pan that has been lined with parchment paper. 7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. (You may need to add time depending on your oven). I used convection bake. **It should be jiggly in the center and dark on top when you remove it from the oven. 8. This was my first time making it and I questioned myself several times during the process because there are so many things we do differently compared to a regular cheesecake but it just worked! And I didn’t miss the crust at all, even though that is one of my favorite things about a traditional cheesecake. The caramelised top adds so much flavor and texture and the cheesecake itself is sooo creamy. Preheat oven to 200°C 2. Mix cream cheese + sugar Whisk until smooth and creamy (no lumps) 3. Add eggs One at a time, mix well 4. Pour in cream + vanilla Mix till silky 5. Add flour + salt Gently combine (don’t overmix) 6. Bake • Pour batter into tin • Bake at 200°C for 30–40 mins • Top should be dark brown (almost burnt look) 7. I didn’t want to make a whole cheesecake just for myself, so I made one that was perfectly golden on top, creamy in the centre, and just the right size for “one” 🥰 I took one bite and instantly wished I made at least three!!🫣 Ingredients- 120gm cream cheese 40gm caster sugar 70gm fresh cream 45gm egg 4gm flour Vanilla extract Method- 1.In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar and fresh cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 2.Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract. 3.Lastly, add in the flour until the batter is well combined. 4.Bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes or until the cheesecake is dark brown from the top and jiggly in the middle. only the BEST eggless burnt basque cheesecake evaaaaa🤏🏻 Made this for episode 11 of #airfryerbakes 🐣 This is actually very easy to make, you just blend everything and let the air fryer do the magic🪄 Suggestions needed for episode 12 so lmk! ⭐️ingredients- • Cream cheese (at room temperature)- 150 gm (3/4 cup) • ⁠Fresh cream- 80 mL (1/4 cup + 1/8 cup) • ⁠Condensed milk- 75 mL (1/4 cup) • ⁠Yogurt- 30 gm (2 tbsp) • ⁠Corn flour- 2 tsp • ⁠Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp Method- • In a bowl, add- cream cheese, fresh cream, condensed milk, yogurt, corn flour and vanilla. • ⁠Blend everything using a hand blender. You can also use a mixer grinder for this step. • ⁠Make sure you have a smooth mixture. • ⁠Take a 5 inch cake tin and line it with crushed butter paper. • ⁠Pour the batter inside. • ⁠Tap the mould 4-5 times. This is done to remove the air bubbles. • ⁠Preheat your air fryer at 190 degrees for 4-5 minutes. • ⁠Bake at the same temperature fot 13 minutes. • ⁠After 13 minutes, bring the temperature down to 175 degrees. Bake for 6-8 minutes more. • ⁠Your basque cheesecake should be still jiggly from inside when you shake it a bit after baking. • ⁠Let it come to room temperature. • ⁠Chill it in the fridge for 1 hour minimum before digging in! • ⁠You can cut the cheesecake using a hot knife.
