TH🌀 Day 14 – The Not-So-Perfect Bits
Today was…a bit of a wild goose chase.
A manic Monday.
A one step forward, one step back kind of day.
I tried to sort out my public liability insurance - which somehow spiralled into the realisation that my home insurance might become invalid once I start seeing clients from the clinic 😵💫🙈
(Top tip: if you run a business from home and see clients, double check your cover - learn from me!)
I then spent the rest of the day chasing vaccine orders to make sure everything arrives in time for Friday’s clients before they travel.
100 tabs open in my brain.
Feeling like I got nowhere.
BUT - this is where the mindset work comes in.
And I’m proud to say, I flipped the script in my frazzled brain:
🧠 We’ve got an amazing support system & both sets of grandparents did school drop-off and pick-up so we could work
👧 The kids had fun, we had no guilt
📈 I had a £3.5k Monday
👩⚕️ People WANT to work with me
And the “problems” I’m having?
They’re not failures.
They’re business owner problems
They’re growth problems
They’re “I’m making money doing what I love and now there’s admin chaos” problems
And honestly? What a bloody privilege.
So if you’ve had a total ‘Monday’ and are in the thick of a “what the hell am I doing?” kind of day - remember:
You might be exactly where you’re meant to be.
If you’re being stretched, you’re growing.
And that’s where we want to be in business.
