Hands โ†’ Head โ†’ Heart As you grow, step away from the technical work to make room for the emotional work. Otherwise, you're just an expensive technicianโ€ฆ not so much a leader. 2. Linger in the Setup Before diving into powerful questions, ask: "What does success look like for this session?" Stay there longer than you're comfortable with. 3. Strip Away the Titles In a session about a stressful move, our instructor asked: "But what does SHE want?" Not the wife. Not the employee. The human. If you stripped away your titles right now (parent, partner, employee) what do you actually want?
