OHSay hello to Auckland’s latest trendy cafe, Honey Springs. Decked out in bright colours, cute furniture, and patterns everywhere, this is for sure one of the best fitted out cafes around in my opinion - bound to put you in a happy relaxing mood 🏖️
If you’re a fan of soufflé pancakes, you’ll be excited to see there’s both a savoury and sweet option on the menu - their Signature Soufflé Bene with bacon, fried eggs and the soufflé as the base (an unexpected combo and a v egg-heavy dish tbh!) and the Signature Hokey Soufflé with hokey pokey cream noodles which I preferred. We also got the Fire Noodles (I only had one noodle because it really was spicy 😅). Would have loved to try the The Flight (three-way potato waffles) but this was already sold out.
Plenty of options drinks-wise, they’ve got some signature drinks such as Vanilla Sea Salt Brew & Honey Maple Iced Latte, as well as some specialty matcha ft combos I’ve never had/heard of before like pineapple/grapefruit matcha!
They’ve only been open a short while and are already super busy, so expect a longer wait time for food at peak times or otherwise I’d suggest going later when they’re more settled. Gorgeous outdoor seating and plenty of parking around too.
