Hey all,
First step into Cajsa at ITC Gardenia and I was blown away — from their innovative course menus to the class and sophistication of the interiors.
The global gastronomy truely took the center stage. My 9-course tasting menu began with a delicate 𝗔𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗲-𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗲, luscious 𝗣𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗲 with brioche toast and a creative 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 with mustard - smoked eggplant, Miso tartare
Sipped on inventive mocktails, then savored a vibrant 𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘂𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗽 with caramelized popcorn, the beautifully presented 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁 with bubbles of Parmesan soy veil followed by a refreshing 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗲 - 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗲𝘁.
Course after course, it felt like a MasterChef moment. Next up was 𝗥𝗲𝗱 & 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘀𝗼𝗱𝘆 but the 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 & 𝗗𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗶 stole the spotlight for me.
The 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘆 with 𝗥𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗿é𝗺𝗲𝘂𝘅 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱, desserts felt like poetry capped with decadent 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗷𝗮 & 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲.
It was an exquisite culinary journey — more than a meal. If you’re in Bangalore and appreciate innovative cuisine, Cajsa is a must-visit. ✨
