NEHelp! My cake is *sweating!! Or rather, there’s condensation. Here’s what you can do to prevent or remedy this.
✨If a cake makes a drastic temperature change, it will sweat. I prefer to decorate my cakes frozen so I will either use a paper towel to blot the condensation off.
✨Or if it can’t be blotted because of piping, etc. I will decorate in 10-15 minute increments.
✨Once the cake is done, move it to the fridge. I do this the night before eating the cake. The fridge will dry out all that moisture.
✨ if you live in a humid area, you might want to consider having a sand blow on the cake while you decorate. Humidity will cause a bit more sweat. Even from the fridge.

ELKako ukrašavam tortu kada ne želim šlag, buttercream, a ni fondan... 😊
U poslednje vreme ovo mi je najdraži način za ukrašavanje torti. Nisam ljubitelj šlaga, a ni buttercreama, tako da mi je pronalazak ove metode bio baš osveženje. Često viđam recepte sa mascarpone sirom i slatkom pavlakom za šlag – deluju fino i lagano, ali ja mu nekako ne verujem bez dodatka želatine ili kremfiksa. Zato se ja držim krem sira što ste mogli primetiti ukoliko ste čitali recepte. 😄
Potrebno:
400 g krem sira (sobne temperature)
150 g šećera u prahu
sok od 1 limuna
250 ml slatke pavlake za šlag
(Ovo je mera za tortu prečnika 26cm.)
Priprema:
U posudi sjedinite krem sir, šećer u prahu i sok limuna. Mutite dok ne dobijete glatku, svilenkastu masu. Posebno umutite slatku pavlaku za šlag pa ga laganim pokretima špatule umešajte u krem. Krem je lagan, osvežavajući i savršeno se slaže uz voćne kolače ili torte.
Koristim ga i kao završni sloj za premazivanje, a može da posluži i kao fil za neke torte. I ono što mi je najdraže - nije pretežak.
Napomena: ne bih ga preporučila za komplikovane dekoracije, u tom slučaju bih ipak birala buttercream. ♥️
