TWMoist Chocolate Cake ✨🍰
(20 cm Loaf Pan)
Ingredients
2 Eggs
110 g Oil
120 g Sugar
80 g Crème Fraîche
100 g Milk
200 g Flour
30 g Cocoa powder
10 g Baking powder
1 pinch Salt
70 g Dark chocolate (finely chopped)
30 g Chocolate chips (for the batter)
100 g Chocolate chips (for the topping)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease pan and line with parchment paper.
Whisk eggs, sugar, and oil. Stir in milk and crème fraîche until smooth.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet ingredients.
Fold in chopped dark chocolate and 30 g chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55–65 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top immediately after baking so they melt.
Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove to cool completely.
