Can You Find an Integral by Moving dx to the Exponent? 🤯📚 This mind-bending idea starts by asking what dx actually means in integration — a tiny width used to build infinite rectangles. Then comes the twist: what if we rewrite the function using exponential–log identities and apply Taylor expansion? Since dx is extremely small, higher powers of dx become negligible. Dropping those tiny terms simplifies the expression — and surprisingly, it leads us back to a clean integral result. It’s a beautiful example of how limits, approximations, and series expansions work together in calculus. ⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️: This is not real audio/video of Eminem or Trump, and They did not actually say or sing the things you see in the video. How to study calculus and get 98/100 even if you hate it. Most students hate calculus because they try to memorise it. You cannot memorise your way through calculus. You have to understand what is actually happening. Here is the system that makes it click. A. The 3 layer study rule Layer 1: Formula memory (30%) Derivatives, integrals, limit rules, chain rule, product rule. Write them on one or two pages and read them before sleep and after waking. Layer 2: Exam level problems (50%) Skip the textbook warm ups. Go straight to exam difficulty. Stuck? Look at the solution, close it, rewrite it yourself. The goal is to recognise which technique to reach for before you finish reading the question. Layer 3: Conceptual understanding (20%) Know what a derivative actually means physically. Know what an integral is actually computing. Examiners punish students who know the steps but not the concept. B. The 45 minute daily routine 15 min: Rule and formula revision 20 min: 5 problems of the same technique 10 min: One proof or conceptual question I use Derive to turn my lecture notes into flashcards for the first 15 minutes instantly. Comment “DERIVE” and I will send you the link. Calculus is a muscle. Daily reps beat weekend cramming every time. C. Exam technique Start with differentiation questions first. Show every step even when it feels obvious. One skipped line is one dropped mark. Never scribble out. Draw a clean line through mistakes. D. The 98/100 shortcut Upload the last 5 years of past papers to Claude. Ask it which techniques repeat and where students lose marks. Calculus exams test the same five or six techniques every year. Find them. Master them. Ignore the rest. Tips: 1. Drill one technique per session until it is automatic. Mixing them early just creates confusion. 2. Rewrite solutions by hand even when you get them right. The method has to feel automatic before the exam, not just familiar. The Loneliest Math Equation Ever Written? 🌌🧮 Have you ever seen an equation tell a love story? This is Euler’s Formula: e^{i\omega t} = \cos(\omega t) + i\sin(\omega t). In a 2D world, two points on a circle look like they are destined to meet. They rotate, they get closer, and for a split second, they seem to overlap. But once you add the time dimension (the third axis), you see the reality: they are trapped in a helix, perfectly synced but forever separated by a gap they can never cross. It’s the perfect mathematical metaphor for "Right Person, Wrong Dimension." Why this matters: Euler’s Formula is the bridge between trigonometry and complex exponentials. The Complex Plane shows us that what looks like a simple circle is often a much more complex spiral in higher dimensions. It proves that math isn't just about solving for X; it's about visualizing the hidden patterns of our universe. Are you a fan of math, or did this just give you Class 12 flashbacks? Learning the foundations of vector calculus today with a deep dive into the dot product. This lecture breaks down how to multiply two vectors to get a single scalar value using their individual components. It is fascinating to see how the algebraic formula connects directly to the geometry of angles and projections. Understanding these principles is essential for anyone diving into physics or advanced engineering because it explains how forces and directions interact in three dimensional space. Definitely a core concept that makes the complex world of math feel a bit more intuitive. #physics #calculus #engineering #vectors #STEMEducation

Summation and integration are both ways of adding quantities together, but they are used in different mathematical situations. A summation is used when we add a set of separate, countable values. For example, if we want to add the values of a sequence or combine several measurements, we use a sum. Each value is clearly distinct and added one after another. Because of this, summation is commonly used in discrete mathematics, sequences, statistics, and situations where data appears in individual steps or pieces. Integration, on the other hand, is used when we want to add infinitely many extremely small pieces of a continuous quantity. Instead of adding separate values, integration accumulates values across an entire interval of a function. It is often used to find things like the area under a curve, total accumulated change, or the total effect of a continuously varying quantity. Conceptually, integration can be thought of as taking many very small sums and letting the pieces become smaller and smaller until they form a smooth, continuous total.
