Unique way of serving will surely get family and friends excited. To make the milk custard mix - - - Dilute 1 tsp custard powder into 1 cup room temperature milk, mix it well, just make sure there are no lumps. - Put the mixture on the heat and cook till the mixture becomes thick and custard powder gets cooked properly. - It will hardly take 5-7 minutes on the medium flame. - Remove from the heat and take it out in a bowl and leave it in fridge the become chilled. To make Melon Mastani - - Take 1 medium size melon, cut the top and remove the seeds with help of a spoon. - And then slowly scoop out all the pulp from the melon. Just make sure there is some pulp left on the wall and the base of the melon. (We are using melon as serving cup) - Now in a blender jar, take all the pulp of melon and soaked 4-5 dates (soaked for half an hour), - Blend it till it becomes smooth. - Then add pre-pared and chilled milk custard mix , few ice cubes and blend it again, till it becomes smooth. - Pour the melon mastani into the scooped melon shell and garnish with cashew and pomegranate. . This is the dessert that steals hearts! โค๏ธ Whether youโ€™re hosting a romantic dinner or a cozy gathering, this treat is bound to be the highlight. **Hereโ€™s how to make it happen:** ๐Ÿ”‘ To make the Pista Paste - - In a chopper or mixer jar, take 1/2 cup pista and churn it coarsely. - Then add, 1/4 cup condensed milk and churn it again. Make smooth pista paste. - You can increase or decrease condensed milk quantity according to your taste. ๐Ÿ‘Œ To make Kunafa Base Mixture - - In a pan, heat 2 tbs of butter. - Into that add, 3/4 cup of crushed vermicelli (semiya). - Roast these vermiceli till they become golden color. - Now turn off the heat, and add the pista paste into that. - Mix everything well and keep aside. ๐Ÿง€ To make Cheesecake mixture - - In a chopper or mixer jar, take 150 gm Paneer. - Into that add 1/4 cup of fresh cream and 1/4 cup+1 tbs condensed milk. You can adjust the condensed milk quantity as per your taste. - And add 1 Orange Zest. (Alternatively, you may add Lemon Zest also). - Churn everything together, and make smooth cheesecake mixture. ๐Ÿฐ To assemble the Kunafa Cheesecake - - In a dessert jar or a cheesecake tub, first layer the semiya mixture and set properly. - Then on top of that, pour cheesecake mixture. - Keep the container into the fridge, for at least 2-3 hours to set the cheesecake. - Once it gets set, pour some melted chocolate mixed with fresh cream on top of cheesecake. Method- - Prepare sprouted moong (Hereโ€™s how you make Sprouted Moong Beans- 1. Wash them 2. Leave them in soaked water for three hours 3. Remove water 4. Cover with a lid or plate 5. Roasting Crispy Tostada Base - To make tostada base, take mini paratha & grill or roast on tawa; till it becomes golden and crispy. - For oven, grill 190 degree 10-12 minute each side in a pre-heated oven. . Serving Toastada - Take crispy base, apply some mash avocado. - On top of that place some sweetcorn salsa, and shred some cheese on top. . Recipe- - In a chopper, add a small piece of carrot, 3-4 cloves of garlic, a small piece of ginger, 3 green chillies, 1 medium size broccoli florets (250 gm broccoli), a bunch of coriander. - Blend them coarsely. This recipe is a must for anyone on a health journey, proving that you can have all the flavor and satisfaction of your favorite meal without the guilt. The perfect crunch of the oats base combined with the rich, fresh avocado and a pop of pomegranate is a taste sensation you wonโ€™t forget. Dig in and feel full and fabulous! To Make Guacamole- - Cut the avocado, scoop it, take it in bowl and squeeze half lime juice. - Then mash it coarsely. - Into that add, finely chopped 1 medium size tomato, finely chopped 1 small onion, 1-2 green chillies finely chopped (as per your taste), 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander and salt. Keep it aside. - If you want, you can crush some black pepper also. . To Make Oats Base - - In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup instant or rolled oats. - Into that add salt and some crush black pepper. - Then add, water as required. I have used 1/4 cup water. - Mix everything well, keep it aside for 10 minutes. (Let the oats get soaked into water properly). - After 10 minutes, heat the pan on medium flame, grease it with oil and spread thin layer of oats mixture. - If you want you may drizzle some oil or butter. - Let it cook on both the sides till itโ€™s done. - Pro Tip: In between, keep pressing with spatula so that you will get crispy texture. - Throughout the process, heat should be on medium flame, so that you get crispy oats base. - Next take it out on a wire rack, let it cool down for a minute. . To assemble the Avocado Oats Toast- - Generously spread prepared Guacamole on the oats toast. - Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mildly toasted white and black sesame seeds. . Introducing the nutritious and delicious Lauki Muthiya - a traditional Gujarati delicacy packed with health benefits! ๐ŸŒฟ Lauki, also known as bottle gourd, is not only low in calories but also rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It aids in digestion, supports heart health, and helps in weight management. Incorporating Lauki into your diet can also promote hydration and boost your immune system. . Recipe - - In a mixer jar, take 200 gm lauki, peel and cut into cubes - add 2-3 chopped green chillies - add a small piece of ginger - Grind everything - Remove the mixture into a mixing bowl - Now add a small piece of grated carrot - Some fresh coriander - Add some red chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder - if you want you may add garam masala also - add salt - I have not added sugar but you may add upto 2 tsp sugar - add 1 tbs oil (as moyan) - squeeze 1 fresh lime juice - For binding, take 1/2 cup sooji (semolina) and 1 cup regular roti atta (wheat flour) - Mix everything well with your hand - Only If required, add water to adjust the consistency - the dough should be semi thick and not runny - Grease the steamer with oil, take small portion of muthiya and give it cylinder shape and place it in the steamer - Cover the steamer and let it steam for 20-25 minutes - Once the muthiya is done, let it come to room temperature and cut them - For tadka (Tadka is optional) - heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, white sesame seeds, hing (asafoetida) and curry leaves - And then add muthiya; toss it well in the tadka - Garnish Muthiya with Coriander and enjoy . MANGO VERMICELLI CUSTARD - Aam Se Kuch Khaas Ep. 20 Indulge your sweet tooth with this mouthwatering mango vermicelli custard! ๐Ÿฅญ๐Ÿจ Trust me, once you have a taste of this delectable dessert, you wonโ€™t be able to resist coming back for more. The creamy custard perfectly complements the sweet and tangy mango flavor, while the soft vermicelli adds a delightful texture to each bite. Ingredients: 1 spoon Ghee 1/4 cup Sevaiya (Vermicelli) 1 ltr Milk 3-4 Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) 4 tbs Condensed Milk (alternatively sugar / jaggery powder / soaked dates can be used) 1.5 tbs Custard Powder (diluted with room temperature Milk) 1 Mango Pulp 2 chopped Mangoes Chopped Pistachios Method: Heat 1 spoon Ghee in a pan Add 1/4 cup Sevaiya Fry well until it changes its colour Add 1 ltr Milk and cook until milk is reduced (It will take 5-7 min to cook) Keep stirring continuously Add 3-4 Cardamom Powder Add 4 tbs Condensed Milk and give it a good mix Further add 1.5 tbs diluted Custard Powder Stir continuously on medium heat until 2 boils Turn off the heat when milk turns thicker Take custard in a big bowl and refrigerate to cool down Take out from the fridge and add 1 Mango Pulp Mix it well and add 2 chopped Mangoes Add chopped Pistachios Refrigerate again for 3-4 hours Take the custard in a serving bowl Add chopped Mango & Pistachios Enjoy Delectable Mango Sevaiya Custard chilled . . I canโ€™t believe I just created this deliciously exotic and nutritious Avocado Paneer Toasty! ๐Ÿฅ‘โœจ Iโ€™m thrilled to share this recipe with all of youโ€”itโ€™s a perfect blend of flavors and health! . Layering the guacamole with the spiced paneer is a game changer! Not only does it look stunning, but this toast is also packed with superfood benefits! Avocados are loaded with good fats that help balance cholesterol, support weight loss, and even manage diabetes! ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿ’š Recipe - - Mash 2 ripe avocados ๐Ÿฅ‘ . - Squeeze 1 lime, it will prevent avocado from oxidising. - Add finely chopped green chillies, tomatoes (remove the seeds), finely chopped onions, coriander and salt. - For Paneer mixture, heat some oil. - Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmiri Chillie Powder, 1/2 tsp Garam masala or Tikka masala, some Kasoori Methi and some salt. - Mix all the masalas well, fry a little bit in oil on a low flame. - Then add few spoons of water and 150 gm grated paneer. - Mix everything well. - Now take your choice of toasted bread slice (I have used sourdough bread). - Apply avocado mix generously on the slice. - Top it up with the paneer mixture. - Garnish with fresh coriander and tomatoes ๐Ÿ… .
