CHPerfect Lemon Butter Sauce (SG-Style)

This lemon butter sauce transforms any dish into pure gourmet goodness. One pour… and you’re obsessed.
Ingredients
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp finely chopped onion (white or shallot preferred)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
• 2 tbsp Fresh cream
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 2–3 tbsp warm water
• Salt to taste
Instructions
In a pan over low heat, melt the butter gently. Avoid browning it.
Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
Stir in the lemon juice and lemon zest.
Add warm water to adjust consistency — add cream
whisk until smooth and velvety.
Season with salt and simmer for 1 minute on low heat.
Serve warm over grilled vegetables, fish alternatives, pasta, or sautéed greens.
SG Tip: For extra shine and richness, whisk in 1 teaspoon butter off the heat right before serving (monter au beurre technique).
