Many people love using the Pour Over method when they brew their coffee! So let's talk about it!
Pour Overs are a great addition to your morning routine because of the ritualistic and intimate aspect of making your first cup of coffee. It smells great, feels good, and is a way to be present in the morning before the daily grind. You can listen to your favorite playlist, our RISE & GRND playlist, or your favorite podcast or sit in silence while you brew. This brewing method also allows you to personalize and puts you in control of your cup more than your traditional drip coffee.
The flavor and strength of your coffee can depend on how much water and grinds you use, and the Pour Over method allows you to control both. If you like your coffee to taste light and delicate, you can use a coarser grind and a cooler water temperature. If you prefer coffee that tastes super bold, dark, and intense, you will use a finer grind with a hotter water temperature.
Just remember! There are no rules to coffee, and the best way to make coffee is: HOW YOU LIKE IT.

☕ Here’s the full recipe shared by @some_coffee_guy :
Add a filter paper
Rinse with hot water
Heat filtered water to 94º
Place on a scale and tare
Add coffee
Set a timer and pour 45g of water over the coffee (make sure all the grounds get wet)
Leave to bloom for 30”
Pour up to 210g (in slow concentric circles) over the next 30”
Swirl
Add the remaining water up to 350g over the final 30”
Finish the whole brew by 1:30
Remove the filter
Swirl and enjoy!

Das Zusammenspiel aus fruchtig-erfrischender Orange und herbem Kaffee ist einmalig und perfekt für ein bisschen Abwechslung im Alltag.☕
Du brauchst:
○ 500 ml Wasser
○ 30 g Dallmayr prodomo
○ Eine Scheibe Orange
So gelingt er dir:
① Den Papierfilter mit heißem Wasser übergießen, um einen Papiergeschmack im Kaffee zu vermeiden.
② 500 ml Wasser auf 95 Grad aufkochen. Wenn ihr keine Temperatur-Anzeige habt, wartet einen Moment bis das Wasser nicht mehr blubbert, dann habt ihr die perfekte Temperatur erreicht.
③ 3 gehäufte Esslöffel (30 g) Kaffee in den Filter geben. Eine Scheibe Orange dritteln und auf dem Kaffee platzieren.
④ Den Kaffee mit Wasser befeuchten und quellen lassen. In zwei weiteren Aufgüssen das restliche Wasser in kreisenden Bewegungen dazugeben. Zum Schluss noch mit etwas Orange garnieren und genießen.
