Cut the lavaş in half, roll into cones and secure with a toothpick.
Brush lightly with oil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes until crispy. Or fry in oil until golden brown.
Mix shredded chips, chicken, tuna, corn and mushrooms.
Add yogurt + mayo.

Ingredients __
🔸1 cup oil
🔸3 large sized onion
🔸2 bay leaves
🔸2 pieces of cinnamon
🔸4-5 cloves
🔸5-6 green cardamom
🔸1 black cardamom
🔸7-8 pepper corns
🔸600 gm chicken
🔸1 tbsp salt
🔸1 tbsp homemade garam masala
🔸1 tbsp coriander powder
🔸1 tbsp red chilli powder
🔸3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
🔸1 cup fresh curd
🔸1/2 cup of milk ( to adjust the gravy )
🔸1 tbsp keora water
Make paste of ;
🔸Brown onion
🔸Almonds
🔸Cashews
🔸Poppy seeds ( khash - khash )
Method __
🍁 Fry onions till golden, take it out and add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, black pepper followed by chicken, fry for 2 minutes.
🍁 Now add salt, powdered spices and curd, mix together well, cover until chicken softens. Once it is done, roast nicely till oil separates.
🍁 Now add paste of brown onion and seeds, mix it well, add milk to adjust the gravy, keep it on the thicker side. Add keora water for that authentic korma flavor. Simmer until oil comes up. Turn off the flame. Cover it for 20 minutes before serving. Enjoy! ❤
