Sheet pan chicken kebab wrap 🌯 Ingredients For the kebabs: 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, minced Salt to taste 1 yellow onion, very finely chopped and excess moisture squeezed out 1 red bell pepper, very finely chopped and excess moisture squeezed out 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped 1 tbsp fresh garlic, finely minced 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp ground coriander For the salad 1 cup yellow onion, diced 1 cup tomatoes , seeded and diced 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced 1 cup cucumber, diced 1/2 red onion, sliced 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped Squeeze of one lemon juice 1-2 tbsp pomegranate molasses Salt to taste 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp sumac For the garlic yogurt sauce. 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp greek yogurt Salt to taste 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 2 tsp garlic powder Squeeze of lemon juice To assemble: 6 Lavash bread Method: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a sheet pan with oil. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken thighs, onion, red bell pepper, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, red chili flakes, black pepper, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mix until evenly combined. Transfer the mixture to the sheet pan and press into an even layer, 1/2 inch thick, divided into kebabs. Drizzle additional oil/ butter on top. Bake on the bottom rack for 10-12 minutes. Broil on the top rack for 2 minutes on high, flip, and broil for an additional 2 minutes or until lightly golden. In a bowl, combine yellow onion, tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, and sliced red onion. Add parsley Drizzle with lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, and olive oil. Sprinkle with sumac and salt.mix. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt until smooth. Spread garlic yogurt sauce over each lavash. Top with sliced chicken kebab and fresh salad. Roll tightly, and warm it on a skillet for 2-3 min until golden and crispy. #recipe #chickenkebab #traybake

Eu prefiro usar apenas estes, porque os pimentos, a cebola e os coentros frescos já dão um sabor único, mas não demasiado forte. Chicken Kebab Meal Prep / Ramadan Prep I nearly ALWAYS have chicken kebabs in the freezer because I find it’s the easiest and most delicious go to protein option imo. I can get the chicken ick at times (just chewing chicken, weird I know) but I never get the ick from mince so kebabs are always a winner for me! I make them once and they last 2-3 months. Perfect for Ramadan! I made around 60 with the recipe below, weighing at approx 45g each, which are approx 65 calories and 9g protein each. Recipe: * 1.5 kg chicken breast mince * 1 kg chicken thigh mince * 4-5 medium onions * 3 whole red peppers * 4 green chillies * 12 garlic cloves * 1 tbsp chopped ginger * 1 tbsp ground coriander * 1 tbsp ground cumin * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder * 2 tsp dried oregano * 1 tsp black pepper * 1½ tsp salt (adjust to taste) * 50 g fresh coriander, finely chopped * 2 eggs * 2 heaped tbsp breadcrumbs * 1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda * 1 heaped tbsp Turkish mild red pepper paste Method 1. Add both chicken minces to a large bowl. 2. Blitz the onions, squeeze out all the juice, then add the pulp to the chicken. 3. Blitz the red peppers, green chillies, garlic and ginger, squeeze out the juice, and add to the bowl. 4. Add all spices, fresh finely chopped coriander, eggs, breadcrumbs, bicarbonate of soda and Turkish red pepper paste. 5. Mix very well until fully combined. 6. Cook a small piece to check seasoning and adjust if needed. 7. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours. 8. Shape into patties or desired shapes (I made small patties approx 20g each which made roughly 62–63 kebabs). 9. Air fry at 190°C for 10-11 minutes (for thicker kebabs)(or 8 minutes for thinner kebabs) flipping halfway, or pan-fry until cooked through. #chickenkebab #ramadan2026 #pakistanifood #mealprep #kebab

Hariyali Chicken Kebab😍 🌿 Ingredients for Green Paste • 1 cup mint leaves • 1 cup coriander leaves • 2–3 green chillies • 1 inch ginger • 5–6 garlic cloves • Little water (just for grinding) Marinade • ½ cup thick yogurt / hung curd • Salt to taste • 1 tsp chaat masala • ½ tsp white pepper powder • ½ tsp garam masala • 1 tbsp lemon juice comment ‘blend’ for the link Main • 300–400 g boneless chicken For Cooking • Butter for brushing Preparation Method 1. Make Green Paste Grind mint, coriander, green chillies, ginger, garlic with very little water into a smooth paste. 2. Prepare Marinade In a bowl, add thick yogurt, salt, chaat masala, white pepper, garam masala, lemon juice, and oil/cream. Mix well and add the prepared green paste. 3. Marinate Chicken Add boneless chicken pieces and coat evenly. Cover and rest for 2–3 hours (overnight for best flavor). 4. Skewer & Cook Insert chicken onto skewers and place in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway. 5. Finish Brush butter in between cooking for extra flavor. All-in-one Chicken Kebab w/ Rice & Salad ✨👩🏻‍🍳 Ingredients: Chicken Kebab: 1 Ib ground chicken (3 chicken breasts + 1 chicken thigh-keep the fat for juiciness; you can also use all breast or all thighs, but I prefer a mix) 1 onion, shredded and squeezed dry 1/3 cup finely diced cilantro 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp allspice 1/2 tsp cloves 1/2 tbsp cumin 1/2 tbsp paprika 1 tsp black pepper 1-1¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste) Yellow Rice: 1 tosp olive oil 2 tosp unsalted butter 2 cups rice 3 cups chicken broth 1/2 tbsp turmeric 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper 2 tsp salt Salad: 1 head lettuce, chopped 1 tomato, diced 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup olive oil Juice of 1/2 lemon (fresh) 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses 1 tbsp sumac Salt, to taste Instructions: Chicken kebab -In a bowl, the ground chicken, onion, garlic, cilantro, and all the spices. Mix well using your hands until tully combined. -Using a straw or chopstick, shape the mixture into kebabs around it. This helps the center cook evenly. -Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Yellow rice -In a deep pan or pot, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. -Add the washed rice and stir for about 30 seconds. -Add the spices and chicken broth. Increase heat to high. -Once most of the liquid has evaporated, cover with a lid, reduce heat to low, and cook for 12-15 minutes. Salad -Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Toss well and adjust salt to taste. #chicken #rice #homemadefood #lunch #dinner

Chicken Sheet Pan Kebabs - One Family One Meal Ep 3 BE HONEST - do you cook one meal for yourself and the kiddos or are you all about multiple meals? Let me know x Serves 4 Ingredients For the chicken kebab 500g chicken mince 1/2 an onion 1 tsp garlic powder 2 heaped tsp Schwarma seasoning - I used @schwartz.uk (you substitute with Mexican fajita mix) Small handful of chopped parsley A little salt to season Flatbreads or wraps and tzatziki to serve For the salad 1/2 a cucumber Around 5 cherry tomatoes 1/4 red onion 2 tsp pomegranate seeds 1 tsp balsamic vinegar 1/2 tbsp olive oil Method Preheat oven to 200c Grate the onion (or finely chop) and add it to a large mixing bowl with the chicken mince, shawarma seasoning, garlic powder, parsley and salt. Use your hand to mix well. Drizzle a little olive oil over a sheet pan and spread the chicken mixture using your hand and a spoon over half of the tray. Use a knife to slice the chicken mixture into four and use a spatula to separate them across the tray. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Meanwhile chop the cucumber, tomatoes and slice the red onion. Add them to a bowl with finely chopped parsley, pomegranate seeds, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Mix well. Once the kebabs are cooked through serve them with the salad, flatbreads and tzatziki. #familymeals #mealprep #easymeals #quickmealideas #easyrecipes

Sheet Pan Chicken Kebabs – recipe below These have to be the ultimate healthy chicken kebabs, especially when you need a quick and easy meal. To make these easy kebabs, shape and cook them in a baking sheet. No skewers needed. Now if you over cook these, they will be deathly dry. So give the chicken kebabs a little hit in the oven and then finish them off under the grill. Enjoy x John Serves 6 For the kebab 1 onion, roughly chopped 6 cloves garlic A large handful of finely chopped parsley leaves 800g chicken mince 2 tbsp tomato puree 2 tsp sumac 2 tsp Turkish pepper flakes 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 ½ tsp Baharat 2 tbsp olive oil Flatbreads to serve Salt and pepper For the yogurt 350g yogurt 3 tbsp rose harissa 1 clove garlic crushed The juice of a lemon For the salad 2 red onions, thinly sliced 2 large handful of parsley leaves 2 tsp sumac The juice of lemon 1. Preheat the oven to 180c fan and the grill to high. Chuck the onion, garlic, parsley into a food processor and blitz until fine. Add the chicken, tomato puree, sumac, Turkish pepper flakes, smoked paprika, Baharat and loads of salt and pepper. You want about 1 tsp of pepper so you can really taste it. Blitz until combined. If you are using mince, just add everything to the mince. 2. Line and oil a 24x32 baking sheet and add the chicken spread out evenly and then shape into 8 kebabs. Drizzle over the oil and pop into the oven for 6 minutes to start them cooking. Place them under the grill for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through and a little golden on top. 3. Meanwhile, to make the yogurt sauce, mix everything together with a pinch of salt. Toss the salad, too the onions together with the parsley, sumac, lemon and a pinch of salt. 4. To serve, layer everything up onto to a flatbread and serve immediately. #chickenkebab #chickenrecipes #healthyrecipes
