1. Ice your face - this reduces inflammation and puffiness whilst firming and toning your skin (particularly good for big, red, angry blemishes)
2. Wake your digestive system up in the morning with a warm mug of FRESH mint tea (you can buy mint leaves in the herb section in most supermarkets - just wash the leaves then pop in a mug of boiling water and leave to stew for 5 mins)
3. Use a sunscreen (preferably factor 50) on your face everyday - remember to invest in a high quality, oil free one if you have acne prone skin
4. Stay out of the sun as much as possible and try to shade your face with a hat when you're in direct sunlight
5. Moisturise - do not skip this, a lovely, light, oil free moisturiser (unscented if you're sensitive) should be your best friend morning and night
6. Always remove your makeup before bed (make sure you get all of it off by using a cream cleanser or balm before following with a non-drying face wash and warm water - double cleansing is key)
