9 years ago when we moved to St. Johns County, this house was a true blank slate.
It had been a rental for 10 years
It needed everything
And the “landscaping” was basic builder grade… barely holding on
No garden. No character. Just potential.
At the time, I was just getting started in real estate and the plan was simple:
fix it up, flip it, and move back to Jacksonville.
But then…
One plant turned into a flower bed
One project turned into another
And slowly, this house started to feel like home
Before we knew it… we had created a sanctuary 🤍
But more than that…
We built a life here
We built friendships
We built a community of neighbors who turned into family

There were failed plants

But we just kept showing up… little by little
