✨ Part 1 Sharing my Mounjaro weight loss journey and the tips I wish I knew before starting Mounjaro. If you’re on a GLP1 weight loss journey, this advice might help: ▫️ Make sure you take all the before photos and measurements, you’ll appreciate these at times when the scales might stall. ▫️ Take a decent multivitamin, biotin supplement and vitamin D3. These help reduced side effects such as fatigue and hair loss/ breakage. ▫️ So many people will tell you when to move up doses but you do it when it’s right for YOU. Some people will stay on one dose for months and others it just doesn’t work in the same way. ▫️Do not skip any meals. Instead make 3 smaller meals, listen to your body and when you’re full stop eating. ▫️ Injection sites make a difference to your side effects and suppression. I know where works best for me, find yours. ▫️ Tracking your macros is important, personally I track protein, fibre and calories. including your protein. Protein is important for muscle mass, fibre to help you 💩! ▫️ Drink at least 2 litres of water or sugar free squash a day, this helps with side effects including constipation, headaches and helps manage your appetite. I drink a glass before every meal to help digestion. ▫️ The golden dose is there to be used, I’ll never throw mine away . Maybe if I trained pull-ups every single day I could get there too. But my training looks different, and that’s not really the point of this reel. I’m not an athlete or a trainer & I don’t really compare my journey with anyone else’s. This is to show that if you really make up your mind and stick to something, you’d be surprised what can happen.
