Para quando bate aquela vontade de doce, mas queres algo rápido, saboroso e saudável! Fica super cremoso, é fácil de fazer e perfeito para um snack ou lanche mais docinho 👌🏼
Usei:
• Tortitas de arroz Continente Equilíbrio
• Café expresso (ou café solúvel)
• Iogurte Proteína continente
. Cacau magro do continente equilíbrio
👉🏼 Também podes usar em alternativa ao iogurte proteína de baunilha o pudim proteína de baunilha do Continente, ou em alternativa, iogurte skyr natural + 1 colherzinha de mel
Como fiz:
1. Prepara o café e deixa arrefecer
2. Passa as tortitas rapidamente no café (só para ficarem ligeiramente húmidas)
3. Mistura bem o iogurte/pudim para ficar mais cremoso
4. Faz camadas numa taça: tortita + creme + tortita + creme
5. Finaliza com cacau magro por cima
6. Leva ao frigorífico uns minutos (opcional) para ficar ainda melhor 🤤
Resultado: uma sobremesa rápida, proteica e MUITO boa 🤎

If a bottle of Alentejo red costs around €1.80 and premium bottled water is €2.00, you know what to choose.
