CRStep 1: I'm pulling ALL THREE credit reports:
-Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
I need to see everything that's holding my score back. We're breaking it down line by line.
Step 2: I'm cleaning up my personal information—old addresses, wrong names, outdated data. Anything tying me to negative accounts is getting removed.
Step 3: I'm creating a list every collection, charge-off, and negative account. Dispute letters are going out ASAP. No online clicking. We're using consumer law and doing this the right way.
Step 4: I'm building my case with proof— laws, violations, and documentation. I'm not going back and forth. I'm making the bureaus respect the dispute.
Step 5: If they don't move correctly, I'm escalating everything to CFPB.gov (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau).
Once CFPB is involved, things move FASTER.
Step 6: I'm disputing hard inquiries too. The play? File first—then call the bureaus 24 hours later to push it through and fast-track removals.
Step 7: While disputes are processing, I'm adding positive accounts-Rental Kharma, Self, Grain. Credit-builder accounts reporting on-time payments. We're stacking wins.
Step 8: I'm attacking my utilization. Paying cards down or increasing timits to keep with a usage between 1%-3% the sweet spot for maximum score gains.
Step 9: I'm adding authorized user
tradelines—10+ year accounts with perfect payment history. That's a cheat code for a major score boost.
Step 10: I'm locking in with a credit community-mentorship, groups, people who really get it. Because staying consistent and educated beats trying to do this alone.
