TRAmex Platinum just introduced Platinum Member Airfares and it’s honestly not bad!

This is a re-envisioning of their former International Airline Program, where only international flights were discounted.
And while international is still seeing the biggest discounts, they’ve now opened the program up domestically, and even added some economy discounts (but I literally was seeing $3 discounts there so it’s not even worth mentioning … yet, hopefully)
The higher price fare you search, the most substantial the discount will be. But the average is 10% and over 30 airlines are participating.
And you can even get the same discount for up to 7 companions on the same reservation.
You’re also getting 5x points form AmEx by booking with your Platinum card in the portal.
And, you still earn loyalty points with the airline you’re flying on.
This is a pretty solid opportunity.
While yes, paying for business class airfare in cash is not ideal (especially if you have points), this can add up to some serious savings when points aren’t an option.
