SUnutella crepes !! 🍫 🥞
recipe:
ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g)
1 tbsp sugar (12 g)
¼ tsp salt (1.5 g)
1½ cups milk (360 g)
2 large eggs (100 g)
3 tbsp melted butter (42 g)
1 tsp vanilla (5 g)
instructions
whisk flour, sugar, and salt. add milk and whisk smooth. add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla and whisk until very thin and lump-free.
let the batter rest 20–30 minutes. ( strain if your batter is lumpy )
heat a nonstick pan over medium-low and lightly butter it. pour about ¼ cup batter in and immediately swirl the pan so it spreads thin.
cook about 45–60 seconds until the edges lift and the bottom is pale golden. flip and cook another 20–30 seconds.
they should stay soft and light, not crispy.
fold the sides in slightly & spread nutella while warm, roll them up & enjoy!
