I’ve been using it to save and organize all my favorite recipes Save this… you’ll be making it again ⸻ Recipe Ingredients Chicken: • 500g chicken tenders (about 6 pieces) Marinade: • 2 cups buttermilk • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ¼ tsp garlic powder • ¼ tsp onion powder • Pinch of cayenne (optional) Crispy Coating: • 2 cups all-purpose flour • ½ cup cornstarch • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ½ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • 1½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • Pinch of cayenne (optional) Hot Honey Sauce: • ½ cup honey • ¼ cup hot sauce • 4 tbsp melted butter • Pinch of salt Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk with spices and add the chicken tenders. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and all seasoning. 3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and coat in the flour mixture. 4. Dip back into the marinade, then coat again in the flour mixture (double coating). 5. For extra crispiness, make sure to double coat the chicken and press the flour onto the surface. 6. Place the coated chicken on a rack and let it rest for 5 minutes before frying. 7. Fry at 175°C / 350°F for 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy. 8. Mix all hot honey sauce ingredients together. 9. Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Tenders 🔥 Ingredients Chicken Marinade • 1 chicken breast, cut into long strips • ½ tsp garlic powder, onion powder • 1 tsp paprika, oregano • Salt to taste . 1 cup buttermilk Dry Batter • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder • 1½ tsp paprika, oregano • 2 tbsp baking powder • ¼ cup corn flour • Salt to taste For Frying • Oil for deep frying Honey BBQ Sauce • 1 cup ketchup • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar • ¼ cup hot sauce • 2 tbsp vinegar • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce • 1 tsp paprika • ½ tsp garlic powder, onion powder • 4 tbsp honey • ~3 tbsp cold butter (cut into small cubes) . 3 tbsp bbq sauce Method 1. Marinate the chicken Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt and buttermilk mix and let it marinate for 1-2 hours 2. Prepare the dry batter In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, baking powder, corn flour, and salt. 3. Coat the chicken • Coat the chicken in the dry batter first • Dip into the marinade batter • Coat again in the dry batter Press the flour onto the chicken so it sticks well for extra crunch. 5. Fry the chicken Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Place on a rack or paper towel to drain. 6. Make the sauce In a pan over low heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and bbq sauce Stir until well mixed. 7. Finish the sauce Add the cold butter cubes and stir until melted to create a glossy sauce. 8. Coat the chicken Add the fried chicken tenders to the sauce and toss until fully coated. Crispy chicken sandwich 🍔 Ingredients For the chicken 2 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into half and pounded to even thickness Salt to taste 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper powder For the wet batter: 1 cup butter milk Salt to taste 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp garlic powder For the coating: 1 1/2 cups cornflakes, crushed 1 cup panko breadcrumbs For the dry batter: 1 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cups corn starch For the sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup buttermilk 1 tbsp hot sauce Salt to taste 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp pickle juice 1 tsp honey To assemble 6 brioche bun 1/2 cup pickles Butter for toasting buns Method : Season the chicken with salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well so the seasoning coats all pieces evenly. Let the chicken rest for 10–15 min. In one bowl, mix all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Coat the seasoned chicken into the dry batter: In a bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined. Add the chicken pieces and make sure they are fully coated. In another bowl, combine the crushed cornflakes and panko breadcrumbs. Remove the chicken from the wet batter and dredge it in the flour mixture, pressing gently so the coating sticks well. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). crispy chicken caesar salad wrap 🌯🍽️ recipe: 4 chicken breasts 1 cup all-purpose flour (120g) seasonings (to taste): salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, italian seasoning, chili powder, kinder bold chicken seasoning blend ( i used this to season the chicken and flour ) for the wet mixture : 2 eggs 2–3 tbsp heavy cream (30–45g) 1–2 tbsp pickle juice panko: 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs (90g) 2–3 tbsp grated parmesan (optional) other ingredients: romaine lettuce tortillas extra parmesan oil for frying season the chicken generously with your spices. in one bowl, mix the flour with any remaining seasoning. in another bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, and pickle juice. in a third bowl, combine the panko and parmesan. coat each piece of chicken in the flour, then the egg mixture, then press into the panko until fully coated. let the breaded chicken rest for 5–10 minutes so the coating sticks. fry in oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side. remove and let drain caesar dressing 1 cup mayo (240g) ½ cup finely grated parmesan (50g) 2–3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp lemon juice (30g) 1 tbsp dijon mustard (15g) 1 tsp worcestershire ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ¼ cup olive oil (60g) 2–4 tbsp water (to thin if needed) for the dressing, whisk together the mayo, parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, dijon, worcestershire, salt, and pepper. slowly whisk in the olive oil, then add water as needed until smooth and pourable. toss chopped romaine with some of the dressing. assemble the wraps with dressing, lettuce, crispy chicken, & extra parmesan. wrap tightly, and enjoy. #caesarsalad #crispychicken #wraps #EasyRecipe #Recipe
