During the follicular phase of a menstrual cycle, rising estrogen levels boost energy, mood, and motivation, making you feel more vibrant and active. Making workouts like, Power, HIIT, and Dance Cardio feel really, really good! In contrast, the luteal phase is characterized by a drop in estrogen and a rise in progesterone, which can lead to lower energy levels and increased fatigue.
