Musicality, texture, breath — they matter more than going full-out every round. 2️⃣ Film yourself. Yes, even when it feels cringey. Warm up, cool down, stretch, rest. Longevity in dance is real if you treat yourself like an athlete. 5️⃣ Train freestyle + foundation.
