๐กIf you ever signed in on a device you no longer control- like a friend's laptop or a stolen phone- that session can remain active and someone with access to that device could still get into your Facebook and Instagram until you manually end it.

HEREโS HOW to check and log out of all active sessions:
1๏ธโฃ Log into Facebook on your phone or desktop.
2๏ธโฃ Go to Settings & Privacy โ Settings โ Password and Security
3๏ธโฃ Click 'where youโre logged in', and select your Facebook or Instagram account from the list.
4๏ธโฃ Review every device and location listed under 'Logins on other devices'
5๏ธโฃ Scroll down, tap Select devices to log out, choose any old or suspicious devices, and click Log out to remove them immediately.
๐ก ALSO CHECK THIS:
๐ Settings โ Under 'Your activity', select 'Business Integrations'
Remove apps or tools you donโt actively use.
๐ Settings โ Under 'Your activity', select 'Apps and Websites'
Delete old third-party access.
