What we often forget is that people carry battles we know nothing about. A single kind act can interrupt a spiral, restore a little hope, or remind someone that they matter more than they think. You may move on with your day and never realize the impact, but for them it can echo far beyond the moment, shaping their week, their month, or even the direction of their life.
