I started the medication under doctor supervision, did bloodwork beforehand, and followed the recommended guidelines. I ate small portions, avoided heavy foods, and tried to do everything “correctly.”
Over time, I began experiencing constant nausea, discomfort after eating, and a persistent feeling that my digestion wasn’t working normally. There was no sharp pain at first and nothing that felt like an emergency, which is why I didn’t immediately recognize it as something serious.
After several months, those symptoms progressed and I was diagnosed with pancreatitis.
I’m sharing this because complications don’t always look dramatic in the beginning. Sometimes they feel mild and easy to dismiss.
