It’s a 2 step process that first uses an espresso machine to extract dark tea essence. Then Dancha (oolong in powder form) is added to the extraction and hand-whisked. This produces a highly caffeinated tea that will rival coffee but deliver longer/smoother energy. They’re trying to convert coffee lovers… will you give it a try? 😏 - For those who are looking for less caffeine, you can try their Dancha drinks (without the dual phase pull). Dancha is ground oolong powder… they hand whisk it like you would matcha. This is the only place where you can find oolong in this form. Or, if you’re a tea purist, like me, try their nitro oolong. It’s so fragrant and refreshing. I had it unsweetened and loved it!
