Cuando tocas el suelo con tus pies, sin zapatos, inmediatamente tu cuerpo tiende a igualar su potencial eléctrico con el de la Tierra., este flujo constante actúa como un canalizador de energía y los beneficios que tiene esto sobre el cuerpo son demasiados, Un estudio de 2004 midió los niveles de cortisol en 12 personas con insomnio que durmieron “conectadas a la Tierra” durante 8 semanas. Al final, casi todos mostraron mejoras en sus niveles de cortisol, en la calidad del sueño y hasta reportaron alivio de dolores. Solo que ahora se ha vuelto una moda y ok bautizaron con ese término #grounding o #conectarseatierra En #psicología se entiende como conectar con la tierra manteniendo la atención en el aquí y ahora .. atención plena o #mindfulness También lo llaman #earthing … contactarse con la energía de la naturaleza … como somos seres eléctricos actuamos como antenas emitiendo y recibiendo energía : al entrar en contacto con la tierra absorbemos iones negativos que nos faltan .. estudiosos dicen que el cansancio puede deberse a un desequilibrio entre iones positivos y negativos Los entendidos en el tema dicen que es más beneficioso aún cuando nos tendemos sobre la tierra, jardín, parque o arena porque incrementamos el contacto de superficie. Y que es mejor aún cuando lo hacemos en una playa, río o lago. Y psicólogos dicen que además de muchos beneficios, calma la ansiedad ayudando a una regulación emocional SOBRE MI IMAGEN: muchos/ algunos se fijaran más en mi rostro que en el contenido del video … cuando entré al editor para subtitular y poner algún efecto que le diera movimiento atractivo al video no se que hice pero se añadió un efecto que luego no supe quitar y ese fue el resultado.
