✔️ Regular — os intervalos RR são geralmente constantes, refletindo um foco ventricular automático estável.
3️⃣ Qual a frequência ventricular?
📊 Tipicamente baixa:
Ritmo idioventricular: 20–40 bpm
Ritmo idioventricular acelerado (RIVA): 40–100 bpm
4️⃣ Complexos QRS: estreitos ou largos?

1️⃣ Onda P: O Comando Atrial
Tudo começa com a despolarização atrial. O estímulo nasce no nó sinoatrial, espalha-se pelos átrios e gera a sístole (contração) atrial. No vídeo, repare como a onda P surge no exato momento em que os átrios se ativam para empurrar o sangue para os ventrículos.
2️⃣ Intervalo e Segmento PR: O “Pausa” Estratégica
Observe o pequeno atraso após a onda P. É o estímulo passando pelo nó atrioventricular. Esse tempo é fundamental para que os ventrículos terminem de se encher antes da grande contração.
3️⃣ Complexo QRS: A Potência Ventricular
Aqui vemos a despolarização ventricular. O estímulo percorre o feixe de His e as fibras de Purkinje com velocidade, disparando a sístole ventricular. É esse movimento que garante o bombeamento de sangue para o corpo e para os pulmões.
• Onda Q: A primeira deflexão negativa.
• Onda R: A deflexão positiva, que marca a força principal do ventrículo.
• Onda S: A deflexão negativa após a R.
💡 Insight Acadêmico: Note que a repolarização atrial ocorre durante o QRS, mas como a massa ventricular é muito maior, o registro elétrico dos ventrículos acaba “escondendo” a recuperação dos átrios no traçado.
