I learned a long time ago that my reaction sets the tone. When I respond calmly but firmly, students learn more, settle faster, and feel safer. These aren’t just teacher phrases — they work with any young person in your life. 🙏

2️⃣ “You’re allowed to feel that way. You’re not allowed to treat me that way.”
