If yes , read below 👇 French knots are a total tease. They look so elegant and add such a unique texture, but they can be a real pain to master. For years, I was in a constant battle with them. Sometimes, they’d come out perfectly, but other times, they’d just refuse to cooperate. For a long time, I thought French knots were just inherently difficult. But then, I realized the problem wasn’t the stitch itself—it was me. I finally figured out that I was misinterpreting the stitch diagrams. They didn’t have any clear instructions, so I was wrapping the thread the wrong way. Once I got it right, French knots became a breeze, and I haven’t had a single failed one since.
