This was an important certification for me to see as a Chiropractor. Sleeping on your belly is known to be the worst sleeping position, but here’s how I do it every single night without pain using the @endy customizable pillow. #ad⠀ ⠀ ❌ What you don’t want to do is place your head in the middle of the pillow. This will force your neck to be in rotation, lateral flexion AND extension all at once, which can lead to you waking up with that kinked neck feeling. ⠀ ⠀ ✅ Instead, place your head near the edge of the pillow. This allows your neck and spine to be in a more neutral position. It looks kind of silly but it works for me, so don’t knock it till you try it! ⠀ ⠀ I’ve been loving my Endy customizable pillow and as a chiropractor I’m happy to recommend it to my patients because it suits all sleeping positions. ⠀ ⠀ You can experiment by taking out some of the shredded foam to find a thickness that works for your body and preference. ⠀ ⠀ The Endy pillows and mattress are both chiropractor approved & endorsed by the Canadian Chiropractic Association. ⠀ ⠀ Click on the link in my bio to check them out! ⠀ #endypartner #giftedproduct
