Having recently become a mum of two, I’ve been reminded just how quickly the days fly by — and how important it is to enjoy all the little moments. The lack of sleep with a newborn definitely takes its toll, and I’ve noticed that some days I don’t feel as present or energised as I’d like to be. During pregnancy, I really struggled with tiredness and fatigue, so I’ve kept up my daily routine of taking @floradixuk Liquid Iron.
