Kalanggaman Island in Leyte, Philippines also made the list at number 25. A narrow sandbar stretching into open water on both ends, bordered by crystal clear shallow water. If you have not seen it, look it up. We have over 7,600 islands. And the world just confirmed what we already knew. I have my own favorite, of course. Boracay will always hold a special place in my heart. But today belongs to Palawan. Take care of our beaches.
