Recipe (35g P, 465 Cals) ⬇️ Ingredients - • 2 slices double protein bread (protein chef) • 30g low-fat paneer (milky mist) • 80g Greek yogurt (epigamia) • ¼ cup besan • ½ cube cheese (grated) • Handful spinach, finely chopped • small onion sliced • 1 tsp Schezwan chutney • ¼ tsp turmeric powder • Chilli flakes, to taste • Mixed herbs, to taste • Salt & pepper, to taste • 1/4th cup water (to adjust batter) • Oil spray (for cooking) ⸻ Method 1️⃣ Prepare the batter In a bowl mix besan, Greek yogurt, chopped onion, spinach, turmeric, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, salt, pepper and water to form a thick batter. 2️⃣ Dip the bread Dip both slices of bread into the batter so they are coated well. 3️⃣ Cook the toast Heat a pan, spray a little oil and cook the coated bread on both sides until golden and slightly crisp. 4️⃣ Add the protein topping Spread the crumbled paneer over the toast and cook that side until its toasted and then sprinkle the grated cheese on top. 5️⃣ Melt the cheese Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes until the cheese melts. 6️⃣ Final touch Drizzle Schezwan chutney on top, slice and serve hot. ✅Should I do savory or sweet breakfast recipe next?
