Not every recipe needs to be complicated to feel good ✨
Just a simple addition and the whole dish comes together beautifully.
📝 Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted, not hot)
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1/3 cup powdered sugar / jaggery
2–3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
👩🍳 Method:
Whisk coconut oil + sugar → till smooth & glossy ✨
Add vanilla + milk
Add all dry ingredients → mix into soft dough
Allow it to rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Scoop big portions (don’t make small cookies!)
Slightly flatten
Bake at 180°C for 10–12 mins
👉 Don’t overbake—center should stay soft!
