🚀 7-Day Data Analyst Roadmap (Beginner to Job-Ready Direction) 📊💻 If you’re confused about where to start in Data Analytics — this is your step-by-step plan 👇 Day 1: Data Analytics Basics Understand what data analytics is, types of analytics, role of an analyst & workflow Day 2: Excel for Data Analysis Formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning & basic visualization Day 3: SQL for Data Analytics Learn how to extract data using SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY Day 4: Python for Data Analysis Basics + NumPy + Pandas + data cleaning Day 5: Data Visualization Charts + storytelling + tools like Power BI/Tableau Day 6: Statistics for Data Analysis Mean, median, correlation, probability basics Day 7: Build a Mini Project Pick a dataset → clean → analyze → create dashboard → present insights 💡 Reality Check: This won’t make you an expert in 7 days… But it WILL give you clarity, structure, and a strong start 💯 ⚡ The real difference? Practice + Projects + Consistency If you can commit just 2–3 hours daily, you can move towards an entry-level Data Analyst role in a few months 🚀 👇 Comment “ROADMAP” for resources, datasets & project ideas #DataAnalyst #DataAnalytics #LearnData #Excel #SQL Python PowerBI Tableau CareerGrowth TechSkills BeginnerFriendly ReelsIndia

Here’s thing i wish i knew before becoming a data analyst📊 1. SQL is your best friend - it gets you through 80% of the work. 2. Excel isn’t basic - pivot tables & formulas are used daily. 3. Visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) make you stand out. 4. Communication > technical sometimes - if you can’t explain insights, they don’t matter. 5. You don’t need 100 certifications - projects & practice speak louder. 6. Most of your time is data cleaning - not fancy dashboards. 7. Business understanding is key — knowing why the data matters is more valuable than just coding. 8. Networking gets you jobs faster than applications - Linkedın visibility + projects > sending 500 resumes [data analytics, data analyst, corporate, data]

Comment “project” for my full video that breaks each of these projects down in detail with examples from my own work. If you’re using the Titanic, Iris, or COVID-19 dataset for data analytics projects, STOP NOW! These are so boring and over used and scream “newbie”. You can find way more interesting datasets for FREE on public data sites and you can even make your own using ChatGPT or Claude! Here are the 3 types of projects you need: ↳Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Exploring a dataset to uncover insights through descriptive statistics (averages, ranges, distributions) and data visualization, including analyzing relationships between variables ↳Full Stack Data Analytics Project: An end-to-end project that covers the entire data pipeline: wrangling data from a database, cleaning and transforming it. It demonstrates proficiency across multiple tools, not just one. ↳Funnel Analysis: Tracking users or items move from point A to point B, and how many make it through each step in between. This demonstrates a deeper level of business thinking by analyzing the process from beginning to end and providing actionable recommendations to improve it Save this video for later + send to a data friend!

If I had to start over in 2026 to become a Data Analyst — here’s the exact 10-step roadmap I’d follow. No fluff. No shortcuts. Just the real path. 01 → Excel & Sheets — Build the foundation everyone skips 02 → SQL Mastery — Learn to query and extract like a pro 03 → Statistics — Think in distributions, not just numbers 04 → Python — Automate the boring stuff, analyze faster 05 → Pandas & NumPy — Wrangle messy real-world data 06 → Tableau / Power BI — Turn numbers into stories 07 → Git & GitHub — Version control = career insurance 08 → Portfolio Projects — Prove your skills with real work 09 → AI Tools & LLMs — Multiply your output 10x 10 → Land the Role — You’re ready. Go get it. The tools changed. The path didn’t. Start with the basics. Master the fundamentals. Then layer on the modern stack. Save this. You’ll need it. 📊 @datascopic

5 things I wish I knew before starting my first data job 👇 1️⃣ Imposter syndrome does not go away when you get the job. I thought landing the role meant I would finally feel like I belonged. It did not. You just learn to keep showing up anyway. 2️⃣ SQL will carry you further than any fancy model. I wasted so much time stressing about machine learning when most of my actual job was writing queries, cleaning messy data, and answering business questions in Excel. 3️⃣ Nobody hands you a roadmap. The dashboards, the reports, what gets built and what gets ignored… you figure that out yourself. Get comfortable not having all the answers. 4️⃣ Stakeholders do not care how you did the analysis. They care what it means for them. Learning to tell a clear story with data is more valuable than any technical skill you will learn. 5️⃣ Start doing the job you want before you have the title. I wanted to move into data science so I started building ML models and side projects on my own time. By the time I was applying for those roles I already had the work to show for it. The title becomes way easier to get when you stop waiting for permission to do the work. . . . #dataanalytics #datascience #techcareers #careertips #dataanalyst

Most people think they’re bad at data analytics. But the real problem is this: You were taught what to click, not how to think. That’s why tutorials feel easy… but real datasets feel confusing. If you want to start thinking like a real analyst, follow this page. Save this so you remember: Tools are easy. Thinking is the real skill.

Comment “WEBSITE” for the direct link to the course platform I personally used and recommend. You finish one YouTube video and start another. You enrol in one course and switch to a different one three days later. You are technically learning every day but somehow you feel like you know a little bit of everything and not enough of anything. This is one of the most common traps in the data analytics learning journey and I want to pull you out of it. Platform hopping is the enemy of depth. And depth is exactly what interviews test. Nobody gets hired for surface level knowledge across ten platforms. People get hired because they genuinely understand their tools well enough to explain their thinking and handle problems they have never seen before. The platform I personally trust for building that kind of depth, especially for extra and advanced skills, is 365 Data Science. And I want to be clear, this is not sponsored. I genuinely used it. You can see the certifications on my own LinkedIn profile. What sets it apart is that it does not just teach you how to click buttons. It teaches concepts, logic, and practice in a way that actually transfers to real work situations. Use your Google or IBM course for the four core skills. Then come to 365 Data Science for everything that helps you go deeper and stand out. This is Day 9 of my 30 Days Series. Tomorrow we get into Excel practice and what actually matters for real interviews. #DataAnalyticsLearning #365DataScience #LearnDataAnalytics #DataAnalystIndia
