"Ultimatum untuk DLH Sumenep: Sampah Bukan Sekadar Masalah, Tapi Bom Waktu di Kangean"
Sumenep, 14 April 2025
Sumenep kembali diguncang suara dari timur—Pulau Kangean yang selama ini luput dari perhatian kini angkat bicara. Forum Pemuda & Mahasiswa Gelaman (FPMG), sebuah gerakan kritis anak muda dari Kecamatan Arjasa, resmi menggelar audiensi dengan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Sumenep pada 14 April 2025. Bukan tanpa alasan, audiensi ini menjadi puncak dari rentetan kegelisahan warga setelah melakukan aksi sosial pembersihan dan pengalojan sampah akibat krisis sampah yang makin memburuk.
Dipimpin langsung oleh Koordinator Lapangan, Syafril Huda, audiensi ini menuntut DLH Sumenep untuk menindak lanjuti kegiatan aksi sosial yang dilakukan oleh FPMG dan Aliansi masyarakat Gelaman. Dalam pertemuan yang berlangsung tegang namun terukur itu, FPMG melayangkan lima tuntutan strategis:
1. DLH Sumenep wajib mengirim transportasi pengangkut sampah ke Pulau Kangean dalam waktu maksimal 3 hari.
“Kami tidak ingin janji-janji, kami menuntut aksi!” tegas Syafril.
2. Penambahan kapasitas mesin pengolahan sampah di TPST 3R Arjasa harus tuntas dalam waktu 3 bulan.
Karena kenyataannya, volume sampah terus meningkat, sementara alat pengolahan tetap stagnan.
3. Akses jalan ke lokasi pembuangan sampah di belakang TPST Arjasa harus diperbaiki dalam kurun waktu satu minggu.
Fasilitas yang rusak menjadi hambatan teknis yang tak bisa ditolerir.
4. DLH diminta merealisasikan pengelolaan sampah sesuai Perda Kabupaten Sumenep No. 12 Tahun 2012.
Hukum bukan sekadar simbol, tapi komitmen yang harus ditegakkan.
5. Evaluasi berkala terhadap kinerja pegawai DLH di Kecamatan Arjasa harus dilakukan.
Karena sistem yang lemah hanya melahirkan ketimpangan dan ketidakpedulian.
Dari beberapa poin hanya bisa kami acc 1 poin selebihnya kami membantu mengawal. Ujar kepala dinas DLH seakan tidak punya rasa malu dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang seharusnya tangungjawab dari pihak dlh.
