Keluarga almarhumah Roida br Situmorang bersama puluhan massa Jaringan Akar Rumput Indonesia (JARI) mendatangi Kantor PT FWD Insurance Indonesia di Gedung Cambridge, Jalan S Parman Medan, Jumat (3/10/2025). Kedatangan mereka untuk mendesak pihak perusahaan segera mencairkan klaim asuransi jiwa yang selama ini ditolak. Kasus bermula ketika ahli waris mengajukan klaim polis FWD Whole Life Protection – Reguler dengan nomor klaim 64175366/2410DH00020 setelah Roida br Situmorang meninggal dunia pada 12 Juli 2024. Namun, pada 19 Mei 2025, PT FWD Insurance mengeluarkan surat penolakan dengan alasan adanya riwayat penyakit gula (diabetes) yang tidak diungkapkan dalam SPAJ. Pihak keluarga menilai alasan tersebut mengada-ada dan merugikan. Mereka sudah memenuhi kewajiban pembayaran premi sesuai polis, namun saat musibah datang, justru hak mereka dipersulit. #PTWDInsurance #klaimpolis #asuransi #cambridge
