I had a mini facelift, a temporal (temple) lift, and a forehead lift to elevate my brows and remove the extra skin sitting on my upper eyelids. I also had breast surgery during the same trip. If I was going to invest in myself, I wanted to do it thoughtfully and properly.
I’m only 34 years old. But five years ago, I already started noticing sagging. I would catch myself pulling my skin back in the mirror — again and again — imagining how I used to look. I still had a lot of baby fat in my face, but as it started dropping, it changed my structure. It wasn’t dramatic, but it was enough for me to feel it.

What I can already see is structure. Support. Lift. And that alone makes me excited for what’s coming.
